Every device you own, on one live map.
The Tactical Map is the heart of Scott Secure. It is a scrollable, zoomable view of your entire deployment, and it tells you what you need to know before you have read a single word. Each device is a pin whose shape identifies the hardware: a triangle for a Smart Sensor Pod, a square for an MCU Edge Hub, a circle for a Conduit Plug. Its color carries the condition: green for operational, red for a triggered alert, yellow for a unit that has stopped reporting. Every pin is numbered on the map itself, so a device can be called out over the radio without anyone digging through a list.
Navigate the way you already expect to: drag to pan, scroll to zoom. Switch to placement mode and drop a new device by clicking exactly where it stands in the field. Switch to trigger mode during a drill and click the map to trip the nearest sensor, then watch the alert travel through the rest of the console in real time.
At a glance:
- Triangle, square and circle pins for the three device classes
- Green, red and yellow status coloring
- ID numbers rendered over every pin
- Click-to-place and click-to-trigger modes
- One-click framing to a region or to all devices
- Runs on Google Maps, with a built-in map when no API key is in use
