The people who pick up the phone.
Hardware detects; people respond. Alert Contacts is the roster of everyone who can be reached when something happens: name, organization, phone number, email address and role. The list is edited in place. Click a cell and type. There is no form to open and no save button to remember.
Because a real roster changes constantly, the list is built to be maintained. Search it, add to it, and export it to CSV for HR or for a shift handover. Importing a CSV updates the people already on file and adds the ones who are new, so refreshing a roster does not mean rebuilding it. Every contact also shows the monitoring groups they belong to, giving you an immediate answer to what this person is actually responsible for.
As with everything else in Scott Secure, the roster is held in your own browser. Personal contact details are never uploaded to the website.
